彭凯(博士,副教授,硕士生导师)

个人简介

彭凯,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师(软件工程学术硕士研究生导师、计算机技术专业学位研究生导师),中国计算机学会(CCF)会员,IEEE会员,中国计算机学会服务计算专委会委员,泉州市科技特派员。20178——20188月国家公派加拿大The University of British Columbia,师从Victor C. M. Leung教授(IEEE Fellow、加拿大皇家科学院院士、加拿大工程院院士、加拿大工程研究院院士)从事访学研究。20147月毕业于北京邮电大学网络与交换技术国家重点实验室,师从杨放春教授(国家杰出青年,教育部跨世纪优秀人才、全国高等学校优秀骨干教师),获计算机科学与技术专业博士学位。同年进入华侨大学工学院物联网工程系工作,从事服务计算、移动边缘计算等方向研究。先后主持华侨大学高层次引进人才项目、泉州市科技计划项目、福建省教育厅中青年教育科研项目、福建省自然科学基金青年创新项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金。承担本科生和研究生多门核心课程的讲授;已在国内外会议和期刊发表(SCI检索、EI检索)论文20余篇,担任   IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence TETCI)、Transactions   on Information Forensics & SecurityTIFS)、Transactions   on Internet TechnologyTOIT)、IEEE Transactions on Industrial InformaticsTII)、Concurrency   and Computation-practice & experienceCCPE)、China   CommunicationFuture   Generation Computer SystemsFGCS)、IEEE Networking Letters 等国际 SCI 期刊审稿人,担任 SCS 2017SCS   2018IEEE PIMRC 2017CPSCom 2018ICMU   2018CollaborateCom 2018IEEE WCNCCPSCOM   2019Cloudcomp 2019ISPA 2019等多个国际会议的TPC
